Salary Range: $48,000

Job Description:

The Director of Admissions leads the oversight of admissions processes and policies, ensuring institutional compliance and efficiency. They align website content and administrative protocols with current admissions standards, providing essential training to staff. Proactively identifying areas for improvement, they streamline communication and processes. Directly supervising key personnel, including the Coordinator of International Student Enrollment and Assistant Director of Admissions, they offer guidance and leadership. Serving as the main contact for Academic Deans and Program Chairs, they ensure consistency in admissions requirements. Additionally, they coordinate New Student Registration events and collaborate closely with the Recruiting Team/Director to align enrollment objectives with strategic goals.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• Demonstrated understanding of Customer Relationship Management ( CRM ) systems, including basic functionalities and principles, to effectively manage customer interactions, track communications, and support organizational workflows
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to articulate in both small and large group settings and with diverse groups of people including co-workers, students, and at various levels from front-line to administration
• Strong organizational skills including the ability to multi-task, to meet deadlines, to maintain and access paper and electronic files, to produce error-free final products, and to manage time and output
• Excellent customer service skills
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Enthusiastic and dedicated to the challenges of helping other people
• Ability to function collaboratively as part of a fast-paced, customer-oriented team
• Professional in communications, appearance, relationships, and responsiveness
• Positive attitude
• Ability to always maintain strict confidentiality
• Self-starter with the ability to perform with little or no direct supervision
• Regular, prompt & reliable attendance. Regular work hours include Monday – Friday 8 am to 4:30 pm. Availability to work occasional nights and weekends.
