Job description

Mobile Health Team Inc., a staffing agency has openings for an RN - Hospice/HomeCare. We are looking for someone with a passion for people.

Location: Barre, VT 05641

Assignment Start Date: 2/26/2024

20 weeks |Days | 8-12-hour shift | 40 hours weekly with 36 hours/week guaranteed

The Estimated Weekly Total is based on working the listed number of hours per week and includes available stipend amounts. Please contact a recruiter for full details.

Experience:

• Must have Home Health experience and must be able to case manage.
• Experience using Oasis is a must. NO Time-off requests for this contract period preferred

Licenses, Certifications, and/or Registration:

• A current and unencumbered VT State RN License is required
• BLS/BCLS is required

EMR System: McKesson/NETSMART experience desired

Shift: DAYS: Monday through Friday, with a rotation to include Saturdays approximately every fourth week, allowing for a day off during the week to facilitate the rotation.
