Job description

We are seeking a highly qualified Jury Trial Expert to join our growing Opinion Research Division. In this role, you will play a key role in shaping the success of mock jury trials conducted on behalf of our clients.

What You'll Do:
Conduct in-depth juror research and assist in selecting mock jury participants based on relevant demographics.
Facilitate mock jury trials, including presentations and debriefings at key points, as well as post-verdict analysis.
Provide valuable insights, reports, and assessments to clients throughout the entire trial process, from pre-trial preparation to post-trial evaluation.
Deliver compelling opening statements and closing arguments during mock trials.
Effectively utilize visual aids and strategically present evidence for maximum impact.
Gain experience with both direct and cross-examination techniques.
Work collaboratively with our team, demonstrating flexibility and willingness to participate via video conferencing or in-person at designated locations.

Who You Are:
A seasoned legal professional with at least 10 years of experience as a trial lawyer or equivalent in the relevant state.
A US resident for a minimum of 15 years.
An individual with an impeccable reputation and commitment to ethical conduct.
A skilled communicator with a proven ability to translate complex legal concepts into clear and concise language.
A detail-oriented individual with strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
A team player who thrives in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
