Material Coordinator II

East Moline, Illinois - Full Time

Productive Resources () is seeking a candidate to be part of our engineering team at John Deere's facility in East Moline, Illinois. As a member of our team, the selected candidate will coordinate the flow of materials in multiple departments of the factory, which may include shipping and receiving. Ensure that the production personnel have the parts they need in order to produce the desired product(s). Oversee and ensure that the inventory is correct and on time and identify problems and make suggestions involving production schedules. Coordinate the activities for the tactical execution of a production plan within the factory. Work in larger and broader groups. May supervise or provide work direction to hourly material handlers, stock chasers, or truckers.

This is a full-time position that is indefinite in duration with the opportunity of professional growth, and additional opportunities within our organization.

Duties:

• Initial point of contact for all HPR's for all warehouse locations and paint for assigned shift.
• Resolve any issues that may arise with the HPR - hot part requests (additional information needed, wrong information entered).
• Ensure HPR's are met by factory need time.
• Pass over to next shift for any outstanding HPR's and if any additional assistance is needed.
• Contact for Planners/Factory if questions are needed to be answered for a hot part that needs to be delivered to the warehouse.
• Contact for Planners/Factory if a trailer needs to be worked into the schedule to ensure part is available at POU - point of use, by need time.
• Monitor and work the Stratawise database (internal database) for urgent audit requests.

Requirements:

• Previous warehouse experience.
• Proficient using various systems (databases/spreadsheets) for conducting research.
• SAP.
• Material flow/coordination, Logistics experience desired
