The Natural Pet Tooth Fairy

Job description

The Natural Pet Tooth Fairy is transforming pet dental care by providing a natural, less invasive, and affordable alternative to traditional pet dental care. Over the past 10 years, we have developed dental cleanings for dogs without the use of anesthesia. As a fast-paced, innovative company, we are looking for professional team members who have a passion for pets and the people who love them.
As the Managing Clinic Veterinarian at The Natural Pet Tooth Fairy, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional and compassionate dental care to our animal patients. Your expertise in dental non-anesthesia teeth cleaning and knowledge of veterinary dentistry will contribute to maintaining the oral health and overall well-being of our pet patients. You will perform initial wellness examinations for each pet patient and confirm overall health, temperament, oral health and suitability for our non-anesthesia teeth cleaning. You may also prescribe and dispense medications as you deem necessary for the comfort and safety of our pet patients for use before, during or after their visit. You will supervise dental cleanings and perform the final check, review dental charting, treatment plans and recommendations by the Veterinary Dental Hygienists that will contribute to maintaining optimal dental hygiene and overall well-being of our pet patients. In addition, you will sign off on all recommendations that will be communicated to the pet parent during the Check-Out process requiring follow-up with their (outside) Primary Veterinarian. You will also administer vaccinations and potentially other non-invasive wellness services. You will freely and professionally share your knowledge to train clinical staff.
