Are you a tax enthusiast ready to embark on an exciting journey in a fully remote role? We are seeking a motivated Senior Tax Accountant to join our dynamic team supporting LBMC offices in Nashville, Chattanooga, and Knoxville. This is your chance to dive into the world of business and private client tax returns, working on diverse portfolios and industries.

What You'll Do:

Prepare tax returns and provide solutions to regional clients.
Work independently, making informed decisions on tax matters in a consultative setting.
Schedule virtual appointments with clients and organize information for federal, state, and local returns.
Maintain control over time and charges, recommending billing to ensure client satisfaction.
Oversee ad hoc tax planning, research, and consulting projects.
Build lasting relationships with key stakeholders at client organizations, fostering long-term partnerships.
What We're Looking For:

Bachelor's Degree and Licensed CPA (or 150 credit hours necessary to sit for the CPA exam).
2+ years of progressive tax experience.
Exposure to leading and training less experienced tax staff members.
Willingness to work on-site in the Nashville area or travel on-site as needed. Fully remote work may be available for qualified candidates.
