THIS IS A SALARIED PERM JOB WITH FULL BENEFITS AND PTO

o Software Engineering
Supports design, development, implementation, and maintenance of software programming applications


Conducts code reviews in a timely manner and identifies discrepancies in logic pertaining to the task at hand


Documents supporting installation instructions and basic user operations and troubleshooting manuals


Supports system configuration and supports application deployments


Actively participates and leads by example in organization’s software development processes and test strategies


Recognizes software programming problems/issues and provides solutions for review by manager

o Maintenance Lead
Effectively leads a team of maintenance engineers, ensuring smooth workflow with maximum output


Provides daily support with issue analysis and resolution within the specified SLAs


Suggests fixes to complex issues by doing a thorough analysis of root cause and impact of the issue


Coordinates with Project Delivery team to successfully deploy software releases in customer environments


Investigates and troubleshoots issues, developing solutions for customers while understanding business needs


Provides technical expertise to the team to ensure better grasp of the product and domain


Troubleshooting

o Release Coordinator
Supports release execution.


Works with stakeholders to perform the activities required to ensure the successful delivery of the final product.


Responsible for software release package.


Manages key information such as deployment and installation procedures, dependencies and configurations.


Monitors release as it progresses through various release readiness phases


Submits required release and deployment test and audit requests for QA


Communicates release details, status, and schedules to stakeholders


Oversees release decisions and processes in terms of cross-departmental impacts


Ensures issues and risks are identified, understood, and dealt with in a manner that mitigates risk to scope and schedule

Requirements

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Mid-level job....5-7+ years software development, software build and deployment, requirements gathering, design, debugging, documentation, testing


Experience in an Agile environment


Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or the like


Strong Java Skills


o Candidates will be required to take a Java assessment before interviewing
Hibernate/SQL
