Job description

Delaware North Sportservice is searching for a seasonal HR Site Coordinator to join our team at Lambeau Field in Green Bay, Wisconsin. As a Site Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing administrative and onboarding tasks.

This position is for summer 2024 and ideally fall 2024 availability for gamedays. Working hours will be up to 40 hours per week.

Delaware North operates concessions, premium dining, and restaurants at the Green Bay Packers' Lambeau Field and Titletown since 2012. At Titletown we manage The Turn, featuring Topgolf Swing Suites, and operate special events including seasonal sledding and ice skating.

• Assist in creating and delivering training programs, maintain training records, and provide reports on activities as needed
• Book classrooms and ensure they are properly set up
• Support the hiring process by attending job fairs, interviewing candidates and processing recalls
• Assist team members with their onboarding, new hire paperwork, and badging
• Escalate human resources issues to the proper person and team
• Assist with hiring events, NHO, recall, and onboarding

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Experience as a training administrator or similar role
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Available in the summer and ideally in the fall for gamedays.
• Working knowledge of iCIMS and Workday is a plus
• No high school diploma or GED required
