Marketing Assistant / Content Marketing Specialist
Become part of a dynamic growing organization. BluePrint Engines is looking for a Marketing Assistant/Creative Content Marketing Specialist. We are looking for a new team member that is excited about aftermarket performance engines and car culture. As part of the marketing department, this position aids and supports all aspects of corporate marketing, brand management, and communications endeavors. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in content marketing for social media and how to engage with customers using strategic and innovative methods. This position reports directly to the Marketing Manager and will work closely with other members of the BluePrint Engines team to help ensure we are promoting our content in effective ways.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES TO INCLUDE :
- Website management — develop/add new content and products.
- Social media content management — continue building an online following on social channels.
- Closely monitor social media accounts and create effective responses.
- Monitor analytics on the effectiveness of our digital media strategy, develop optimization recommendations, manage implementation, and provide reports.
- Create and distribute content that drives engagement, brand affinity, and generates new business.
- Customer engagement.
DAILY TASKS TO INCLUDE: - Assist with internal and external marketing endeavors.
- Assist with employee messaging.
- Assist with recruitment messaging and developing recruitment materials.
- Brand management.
- Assist in developing campaigns that drive reach and engagement that leads to conversions.
- Help in planning editorial content and writing copy for posts and work.
- Aid in community management to engage users and respond to questions and requests.
- Assist with the in-house production of training videos.
- Help plan and set up company events.
- Assist with project scheduling.
EXPERIENCE:
- Proven digital and social media marketing experience, with a working knowledge of social media platforms and best practices.
- Familiar with producing content and distributing it across multiple digital platforms.
- Familiar with website management
- Ability to collect, analyze, and use data to inform decision-making.
SKILLS TO INCLUDE:
- Ability to clearly communicate both verbally and written.
- Well versed in Microsoft suite of products including Word and Excel.
- A working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
- Ability to take direction and work effectively on multiple projects.
- Ability to source and utilize outside vendors.
- Video editing tools/software experience is a plus.
- Working knowledge of CRM is a plus.
POSITION TYPE:
- Full time in-office — some travel may be required.
SALARY:
- Commensurate with experience.
