Must Haves:
- 1+ years’ HR experience
- Bachelor’s degree (combination of experience, training in lieu of degree
Preferred:
- Familiarity with SAP, Silkroad Recruiting and Onboarding portal is desirable.
Job Summary/Description: an esteemed higher education institution is looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to join their dynamic HR team. This individual will support the recruitment compliance function by managing postings, monitoring onboarding, ensuring annual conduct checks are performed and documented. Other duties and responsibilities will include:
- Manage postings while ensuring compliance with internal and external regulations
- Coordinate onboarding for new hires
- Conduct annual sexual misconduct checks for faculty members
- Monitor and report compliance metrics; ensure compliance is met with local employment laws, regulations and organization policies
- Review applications for accuracy
