IMMEDIATE HIRE - START NEXT WEEK

Earth Systems is looking for energetic, self-motivated, and experienced Class A CDL drivers/Operators. Typical work weeks are anywhere from 50 to 60 hrs. a week. This position requires a valid CDL license, experience with Heavy Equipment Operations, crew management, and communication with the project management team. Your day-to-day tasks will be driving a one-ton truck with a gooseneck trailer and backhoe on it with a 2–3-man crew.  

You will need/ have: 

• Valid CDL and abide by the regulations as per the DOT.
• Experience running Heavy Equipment such as a Backhoe, Loader, Grader, Scraper, Bulldozer, Skid Steer, Tractor, and other pieces of heavy equipment.
• Having the flexibility to work on tilling jobs if heavy equipment operation isn't needed on site.
• Conduct environmental remediation tasks such as excavation, demolition, and general construction projects.
• Knowledge of equipment basics such as mechanics, maintenance, and storage.
• Understanding of workplace safety requirements and procedures.
• Must be able to effectively communicate in English.
• Ability to use hand and power tools applicable to trade.
• Time management skills.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be able to work overtime as needed.
• Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
• Ability to climb stairs and ladders.
• Ability to push and pull loads up to 45 lbs.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Bilingual is a plus. Must be able to effectively communicate with project managers and team.
• Must have experience managing small crews.
