TRACK Timekeeper
Norco, LA
- Pay rate: Based on Experience
- Schedule: Turnaround hours
- Estimated Start Date: March 2023
- Supporting: Turnaround Group
- Software: SAP, MS Excel, MS Word and TRACK
- Experience: 2 years of experience in working with timekeeping and accounting systems
- TWIC Required
The TRACK Timekeeper performs tasks associated with accurately entering and auditing of payroll related information based on client's payroll system.
The TRACK Timekeeper will:
- Compile employees' time and production records, reviews timesheets, work charts, and timecards for completeness.
- Compute total time worked by employees, posts time worked to master timesheet, and routes timesheet to payroll department.
- Interview employees to discuss hours worked and pay adjustments to be made as needed.
- Process and issue employee paychecks and statements of earnings and deductions as needed.
- Review time sheets, work charts, wage computation, and other information in order to detect and reconcile payroll discrepancies.
- Track headcount.
- Identify and communicate accounting and auditing issues to managers.
The TRACK Timekeeper will have:
- Extensive knowledge of standard business cost control procedures and practices.
- Strong payroll and general accounting background.
- Understands and utilize standard timekeeping systems, practices, and standards
