Position Summary:

- Collaborative spirit to lead and positively contribute to the culinary team, cultivating a harmonious work environment for kitchen associates.
- Strong communication skills for seamless collaboration with patrons, kitchen staff, and management, ensuring a cohesive and exceptional dining experiences.
- Oversee and manage daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation, to maintain high standards of culinary excellence.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic culinary environment, adept at navigating changes for an outstanding dining experience, and maintaining culinary excellence.
- Previous experience in culinary leadership, preferable in a high-paced dining establishment or upscale culinary environments.
- Proficient in English, with additional proficiency in Spanish considered a valuable asset.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Non-slip shoes are mandatory for a safe working environment (please note that company does not provide).
- Legal authorization to work in the United States.
- Reliable transportation is a must.
