Account Supervisor
Account Supervisors are strategic members of our Client Services team who can not only execute the day-to-day demands of a project but also see the bigger picture while guiding and supporting others along the way. Your experience in account management has given you the building blocks necessary to consistently identify your clients’ marketing challenges, articulate solutions, and seek new initiatives within your accounts. You proactively lead, strategically problem-solve, and effectively collaborate. Quite simply, you can bring out the best in others by maintaining an inspiring, positive environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead and nurture key client relationships, understanding their goals and strategizing for account growth. Collaborate with the Account Director to develop and execute strategic account plans.
- Supervise and mentor direct reports, including Account Managers and Account Coordinators. Provide guidance on account management strategies, client communication, and project execution.
- Identify opportunities for organic account growth and work with the team to implement strategic initiatives. Collaborate with the Account Director to explore new business opportunities within existing accounts.
- Contribute to developing account strategies, ensuring alignment with client objectives and overall agency goals. Work closely with the Account Director to execute strategic initiatives and campaigns.
- Act as a point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing updates, and ensuring overall satisfaction. Lead client meetings, presenting campaign results, and discussing future plans.
- Collaborate with other teams, including creative, media, and strategy, to ensure seamless execution of client campaigns.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
- 5+ years of experience in account management within an agency environment.
- Experience partnering with digital media teams
- Proven success in leading and growing client accounts.
- Experience managing direct reports and providing mentorship and guidance.
- Strong strategic thinking and planning skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in project management platforms (e.g., Asana, Trello) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Adept at building and maintaining strong client relationships.
