Job description

The duties of a Service Advisor include greeting customers, listening to their needs, and scheduling appointments as needed. Writing repair orders accurately preparing accurate estimates and relaying the information to the customer in a timely fashion. Answering inbound calls in a timely manner and keeping the customer updated on the status of their vehicle. Maintain a positive attitude and do their part in keeping a welcoming and positive atmosphere in the workplace. Service Advisor Compensation and Benefits:
