Job description

IMMEDIATE job opportunity for a driven individual who has a proven history of performance and desires to work for a well-established organization. We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager for a distributor of generator and air compressor located in Henderson, NV.

Responsibilities:

Messaging, positioning, and creating digital and print marketing content that communicates clients value proposition.

Develop and maintain all marketing assets and collateral.

Ensure clients branding is cohesive across all internal and external communications and campaigns.

Support the Product Engineering department with content creation and branding.

Create, maintain, and deliver on a marketing calendar encompassing all aspects of clients’ marketing plan.

Monitor marketing performance, perform basic data analytics and report to management periodically.

Continuously monitor and analyze competitors’ activities, customer behavior, industry trends and use that information to inform marketing plan.

Strategically plan and demonstrating reasoning and execution of the plan

Marketing Assets and Collateral:

Literature, Ads, Business cards, Spec sheets, Website: Manage content (via Opus), Mailers, Tradeshow booth and swag, Sales Books, Product Comparisons, Eblasts - Internal and external

Sales Specials, Decals, stickers, other electronic files, Logo files

Content Creation:

Editorials, Website descriptions, Company newsletter, Blog posts, White papers, Features and benefits for technical publication, social media posts, Scripts, Photography and editing, Video and editing, Testimonials.

Branding:

Internal and External document formats, Signage, Business Listings, Phone messaging, anywhere else clients branding is used.

Digital and Social:

Manage all social media accounts: create content, post, respond, outgoing

Manage Google and Bing ads and SEO

Manage YouTube channel

Marketing Administration:

Submit ads by deadlines for publishing to all publications

Manage marketing calendar

Report on marketing activities and results to management

Maintain all expert spec sheets in Excel

Correspondence and relationships with all marketing partners

Support requests for literature and digital marketing assets from reps and customers

Schedule/Order printing

Experience and Skills:

Marketing Manager or 5+ years of experience in B2B Product Marketing/ Industrial Equipment

Demonstrated experience delivering copywriting and content for marketing campaigns required

B2B marketing proficiency preferred

Manufacturing/Warehouse Realm Experience preferred

Generator/Air Compressor Rental Experience a plus

Photography and photo editing skills preferred

Video and editing skills preferred

CAD or related manufacturing/distribution industry experience a plus

Some Electrical concepts understanding/exposure a plus

Time management - able to manage multiple tasks with tight deadlines

Meticulous diligence

Initiative-taking and capable of working independently with minimal guidance

Compensation: $80 - $100 K.
