As a Global ERP Change Management Lead , you will support Novartis' transformation by developing and implementing change management strategies for the Global SAP Programme in a particular country. Your focus will be on maximizing employee adoption of a unified ERP application landscape (SAP S/4HANA) and standard business processes.

Major Accountabilities:

You will be responsible for various types of changes across multiple Novartis business units. Your key responsibilities include:
• Developing strategies and plans to ensure fast adoption and high utilization of new tools and ways of working.
• Delivering outcomes aligned with project plans.
• Collaborating with functional change leads and the global OD team.
• Leading the Organizational Change Management work stream, including Communications and Training team.
• Coaching senior leaders and executives in their roles as change sponsors.
• Working with country stakeholders- people managers, and supervisors in managing transitions.
• Assisting project managers and teams in integrating change management activities into their project plans.
• Providing input to change communications and training plans.
• Leading meetings to understand changes and develop a change adoption plan.
• Analyzing and implementing strategies to overcome resistance to change.
• Evaluating the cost and budgetary impact of change management.

About You :

• Overall change effectiveness measures.
• Business value capture from key programs.
• Quality of relationships with relevant leaders and team.

Support Novartis transformation agenda by delivering expert change management support to large transformation programs aiming to drastically improve our operational efficiency so we can provide life-improving/ life- saving medicines faster to patients around the globe. This role enables business value realization by focusing on people centric change combined with deep experience in SAP implementation.

Location: Hybrid role in East Hanover, NJ (3 days onsite)

Pay Rate: $84.83-109.65./hour

Contract: 18+ months
