Job description
We are seeking a Project Management Assistant (PMA) to support our Project Managers in administrative tasks and responsibilities. PMAs work closely with PMs to set up and maintain data in systems, coordinate schedules and calendar invites, compile meeting minutes, and track project budgets. In addition, they will assist with invoice prep, document filing, and project communication.
A successful PMA has 3-5 years of administrative experience supporting Project Managers preferably for an Architectural/Engineering organization, possesses strong organization skills, and has ability to manage multiply priorities. Education Requirements: Associate Degree in business, communications, administrative office technology, or related field. Computer skills: Microsoft Office Suite required. Ajera, Microsoft Project, Bluebeam, and Newforma experience preferred.
