Residential Assistant

One Full-Time opportunity (Up to 30 hours per week, 3rd Shift Friday, Saturday, and Sunday)

Multiple Part-Time opportunities (2nd Shift Weekday, 1st & 2nd Shift Weekends)

Non-Exempt Position

Brighton Center, Inc. is a private non-profit community-based organization with the mission to create opportunities for individuals and families to reach self-sufficiency through family support services, education, employment, and leadership.

We currently have a Full-Time opportunity for an individual who would like to make a career in a not-for-profit organization. We are looking for an individual to work in an organization that helps its customers become self-sufficient.

Position Purpose: Provide direct supervision to residents of Brighton Center’s Homeward Bound Shelter. The 24/7 shelter serves abused, neglected, and homeless youth ages 11-17, males and females. RAs actively engage with youth to enhance their progress towards individual goals. RAs play an essential role in supporting youth as they build life skills, participate in school, seek employment, and increase their social-emotional wellbeing.
