• Location:  Coral Springs, FL (Floating between 2 locations in area)
• Start Date:  January 2024
• Credentialing: 45 Days
• Schedule: M-F 
• EMR : Care360
• Support: Full office staff + Midlevels
• Salary – Competitive salary
