Key Account Manger
Position Overview : Developing and maintaining a portfolio of high-value clients in the following sectors: Flavor & Fragrance Cos and or Enduser in Food & Beverage, Animal Nutrition, Home Care, Supplement/Pharma & Personal Care/Beauty. Creating and executing strategic account plans that promote solutions with products & services that benefit all. Addressing various client needs and cultivating strong relationships to ensure the client satisfaction and loyalty.
Main Job Tasks, Duties and Responsibilities
- Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements.
- Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships.
- Swiftly resolve any issue that a key customer may have with Company and anticipate any need for improvement in the relationship between client & Company.
- Expanding the relationships with existing clients by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
- Plan monthly visits with customers promoting products and building relationships across all levels within the organization.
- Attend relevant industry conferences.
Education and Experience
- Proven experience as Key account manager and or extensive knowledge of F&F ingredient markets (e.g., Naturals- Extracts, Cocoa, Vanilla, Oils & Resins & Aroma chemicals: synthetic and naturals)
- BS/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field
- Knowledge of customer service software, CRM tools & proficiency in MS Office applications

Working Conditions
Preferred employee to be positioned near the company's facility in Ohio (West Chester) or in northeast NJ and willing to travel 60- 75% of their time traveling regionally & globally to various industry events & customer sites.
Must be authorized to work and live in the USA. Preferred to be in the Midwest or Northeast
