What You Will Be Doing

- User Support for Hardware and Software Issues
- Equipment Inventory and User Permissions
- Working in a Microsoft Product Environment with Windows, MS Office, Exchange, Active Directory, etc.
- Upgrade, Patch, Maintain and Configure New and Existing Systems

What You Need for this Position

Strong experience with:
- Windows Operating Systems
- Active Directory
- User Permissions and Group Policies
- Software and Hardware Product Support
