GENERAL :

We are looking for purpose-driven people individuals with entrepreneurial mindsets to join our team at Symmetry Financial Group. We specialize in helping and protecting families. We offer financial services for life insurance, disability, critical illness, retirement protection, and debt elimination. Having access to over 40 of the top insurance carriers, we can find the best coverage for each client. We also market and promote indexed annuities and indexed universal products that solve most retirement issues, as well as the infinite banking system to help individuals pay off debt.

Industry experience is preferred but not necessary. We find candidates from a variety of backgrounds do very well. If you do not currently possess a Life and Health license, we assist with obtaining a license. We will train you in every aspect of the business with our easy-to-follow training system! We also provide different training calls to stay up to date on industry trends.

AGENT DUTIES:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, answering inquiries and addressing concerns.
- Sell insurance policies to potential clients based on their needs and budget.
- Explain policy details, coverage options, and terms to clients.
- Process insurance applications, claims, and policy changes accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of client interaction, transactions, and policies.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
