Community Support Program Nurse (RN)
Shifts available Monday-Friday, 8AM-5PM with no weekends or holidays!

Riverbend Community Mental Health, Inc., one of the largest providers of community-based behavioral health services in New Hampshire, is seeking per diem RNs for our Community Support Program (CSP). CSP nurses work as a part of a treatment team providing services to adults with mental illness.
Responsibilities - Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments which include initial health screenings and follow-up nursing appointments
- Consult with Riverbend providers, team members, community providers, and individuals within the person's support circle.
- Assist with medication management by providing education about medications, administering injectable medications, coordinating refills of prescriptions, obtaining prior authorizations, and consulting with pharmacies as needed.
- Utilize electronic health record (EHR) to document patient information, referrals or other relevant information as required.
- Adhere to all compliance procedures relevant to protected health information (PHI) and HIPAA regulations.
Requirements - Valid New Hampshire Registered Nurse License
- At least one-year nursing experience preferred
- Certification in Basic Life Support or CPR/First Aid
- Experience working with individuals with psychiatric illnesses preferred
- ANCC board certification in Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing preferred
- Valid driver's license and personal vehicle or access to a reasonable alternative is preferred
