• Pay Rate: $25.00 per hour
• Based on experience 

What’s a typical day as a Facilities Maintenance professional? You’ll be:
• Accountable for the operation and maintenance of various systems, including compressed air, process water, chemical system filters, fire suppression, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Maintaining good communication with team members.
• Operating forklifts, scissors lifts, and boom lifts.
• Maintaining log books and assisting with equipment relocation and installation of various systems.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Have 2-3 years of experience in electrical and mechanical skills, including plumbing, piping, and HVAC.
• Possess effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Are able to work with high and low voltage circuits.
• Have experience operating forklifts, lifts, and other equipment.
• Can read and interpret schematics and diagrams.
• Have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
