WHAT ARE THE HOURS?

This full-time work readiness teacher typically works regular business hours .

WHAT DOES YOUR DAY ENTAIL?

As an Employment Skills Coach, you'll build trust with program participants and deliver life skills, wellness, and job-related training. You'll also train staff, coordinate community presenters, and collaborate on curriculum development. Your daily tasks include planning classes, tracking participant progress, and ensuring no one misses appointments. Additionally, you'll organize hiring events, oversee job search activities, and represent our organization professionally. Your dedication empowers individuals on their journey to employment and self-sufficiency, making a meaningful impact.
