Job description
We're working with an emerging Aerospace company in their search for a Controller.
Controller will be responsible for divisional F&A function, reporting to Corporate CFO. Responsibilities include month-end close, Federal reporting/compliance, budgets, planning, Executive reporting, etc. Seeking an individual who can assess current systems and methodologies, develop processes/procedures, and implement new systems, including an ERP. As company continues to grow, Controller will be tasked with hiring on staff as needed.
Candidates must have 5+ years of government vendor experience, DCAA, DCMA regulations, and DCAA compliance. Accounting degree required.
Base pay in the 100-150K range, plus discretionary bonus and attractive benefits package. Relocation a possibility.
