Pay From $26.50 per hour (base pay + rotating shift premium)

As a Lead Operator, you’ll work three or four 12 hour shifts each week, rotating from days (7am-7pm) to nights (7pm-7am) every 8 weeks.
As a Lead Operator, you will: - Demonstrate Drylock Core Values: Safety, Respect, Ownership
- Follows all safety regulations.
- Review shift communication crossover at start and end of shift to ensure any issues are communicated.
- At the beginning of each shift, ensure all production workers are at assigned job locations. Notify Team Leader of any absences.
- Perform equipment checks and start-up procedures as needed.
- Verify raw material supply levels and accuracy of materials per Bill of Material at production line.
- Perform first article inspection as needed.
- Establish, monitor, maintain and communicate good machine run settings and any deviations with the process control.
- Perform regular job duties.
- Follow standardized work.
- Collect data regarding production and quality as required.
- Coordinate and perform changeovers as instructed.
- Assist in the management of breaks for the production crew.
- Complete production paperwork as required.
- Prepare work area for next shift.
- Complete daily 5S requirements.
- Verify work completion with Team Leader.
- Train new and existing operators as needed
- Enter work requests in eMaint
- Other duties as requested by Group Leader or Department Manager
Qualifications: - High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum 1-year manufacturing related experience
- Minimum 2-years consecutive employment with 1 employer
