Job Placement Ad - RN Cardiac Telemetry Services (713669)
- Hourly Salary Range: Mid Range: $32.00 - $45.00
- Job Type: Full Time - Days and Nights - 12 Hours (Rotating Weekends)
- Shift Differentials: $3/Nights & $2.00/Weekends
- $10,000 Sign-On Bonus for NIGHTS ONLY (Sign On Bonus for Day Shift Offered - Case By Case Basis)
- Relocation Assistance: $5,000
Responsibilities: - The registered nurse coordinates and provides therapeutic and administrative services necessary for patient care.
- Nursing care is provided in accordance with hospital and departmental policies and procedures, supporting the organization's mission.
- Patient care spans a range of ages, from 16 and over, including young adults, adults, and geriatric patients.
- The registered nurse in this department will acquire advanced knowledge in psychosocial, spiritual, pathophysiological, and therapeutic components specific to step-down care and cardiac monitoring.
- Accountable for identifying and mitigating risks and hazards related to unsafe practices.

Requirements: - Graduation from a school of nursing with either a Diploma, ADN, or BSN.
- Must hold a current RN license from the MO State Board of Nursing or Multistate RN license from a participating compact state.
- BLS certification required upon hire.
- ACLS certification within 1 year of hire date.
Position Details: - Unit: 36 Bed Cardiac Specialty Unit
- Nurse to Patient Ratio: 4 to 5:1 on Day Shift / 5 to 6:1 on Night Shift - 1 Tech per Hall
- Patient Variety: Monitored patients, Chest Pain, Stroke, COPD, Post Ops, GI, Accelerated Heart Rhythm, and Drips
- Advanced Services: Step down from PCU and Level II Trauma Center
