Job Summary
Sylvan Learning of Omaha is looking for an experienced and highly motivated Educational Sales Manager to join our team. As an Educational Sales Manager, you will be responsible for meeting and exceeding sales goals, managing customer relations, and anticipating client needs. You will also contribute to the development and implementation of strategic plans to ensure that our mission of providing quality educational services meets our customer’s goals and expectations.
Compensation & Benefits
The Educational Sales Manager position will be a full-time, salary position, with compensation ranging between $40,000- $50,000 per year, depending on education and experience. Responsibilities
- Provide top-level customer service and maintain a positive relationship with all clients.
- Develop innovative sales strategies and tactics to achieve sales goals.
- Analyze data to identify areas of improvement for sales processes.
- Have knowledge of information and products offered at Sylvan Learning of Omaha.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and potential customers.
- Monitor and report customer concerns and complaints.
- Manage the sales pipeline for potential and existing customers.
- Stay updated on all new offerings and services in the educational field.
- Participate in education and training for sales and customer service representatives.
Requirements
- Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Business, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of sales experience in the educational field or a related field.
- Familiarity with sales strategies and techniques.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks.
- Proficiency with computer software, specifically Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work till 7:30 some evenings and some Saturday mornings
