Job Responsibilities for the Asbestos Abatement Supervisor :

• Leadership Excellence : Guide and inspire crew members in the meticulous removal of asbestos, mold, lead, and hazardous waste, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Communication Mastery : Foster seamless communication with field workers, service coordinators, and clients, ensuring projects are executed promptly and effectively.
• Safety Advocate : Conduct thorough field safety meetings and promote a culture of safety awareness among all team members.
• Project Management Prowess : Effectively communicate project expectations to crew members, maintaining organized project files, meeting deadlines, and facilitating efficient project completion.
• Resilience and Adaptability : Be prepared to travel to various construction sites, wear protective equipment, and embrace the challenges of the environmental field.
• Continuous Growth : Participate enthusiastically in industry training, update certifications, and maintain fitness levels necessary for excellence in environmental remediation.

Job Qualifications for the Asbestos Abatement Supervisor :

• Certification and Experience : Hold a current Asbestos Supervisor certification with a minimum of 3 years of experience in asbestos abatement.
• Safety First : Demonstrate EPA, OSHA, and local hazardous materials policy knowledge, ensuring compliance and safety at all times.
• Flexibility and Commitment : Possess a valid driver's license, be available for overtime, and exhibit a willingness to travel to various construction site locations.
• Spanish Speaking a plus!

Compensation for the Asbestos Abatement Supervisor : $62,500 - $73,000 annually (DOE)
