Our client, a leader in the alternative investment space, is seeking an Executive/Personal Assistant to support one of its executives in Palm Beach. The ideal candidate is discreet, professional, and can juggle competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• 75/25 Executive and Personal assistance support
• Coordinate travel, calendar, events for Executive and family
• Based in Palm Beach office 
• 5 Days in office

Qualifications

• 5-15 years of experience in executive and personal assistance, with a strong preference toward financial services industry
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
• Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• MUST HAVE PRIOR EXPERIENCE SUPPORTING AN EXECUTIVE LEVEL IN A 1-ON-1 CAPACITY
