We are seeking to hire an experienced GENERAL MANAGER for our Auto Group. We are looking for a strong producer and team builder with excellent profit and volume experience. You must have at least 5 years of stable employment history at the GM or GSM level with a proven track record of verifiable, above-average CSI and market share performance. Description - General Manager:
- Responsible for the operations and profitability the store
- Must be willing to actively handle leads, follow up, and T. O’s both in store and online through phone calls, texts, and emails.
- Oversee dealership staffing, hiring, and training new employees.
- Meet sales quotas and goals and assists in financing arrangements.
- Actively support, encourage, and motivate managers daily to maintain high morale.
- Exhibit a professional management style that sets an example for enthusiasm, productivity, and accountability.
- Accountable for daily performance metrics in overall store performance
- Support other operational units within the store to achieve maximum return on opportunity for the dealership.
Qualifications - General Manager:
- Must have at least 5 years of stable employment history at the GM/GSM level with a proven track record of verifiable, above average CSI and market share performance
- Must be a strong producer and team builder with excellent profit and volume experience.
- Must be well organized and demonstrate excellent Customer Service and PR skills
- Must have strong leadership, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Must have knowledge of basic accounting and advanced computer skills.
- Must be willing to work and have a problem solver mentality.
