Job description

JOB SUMMARY

The Cashier/Telephone Operator at Honda of Fishers is responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to customers by completing cash transactions and answering incoming phone calls. The Cashier/Telephone Operator must maintain a friendly, professional and courteous attitude at all times.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

The compensation is competitive with the surrounding area and will commensurate with experience.

HOURS

Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 4:30PM-6:00PM Saturday 7:30AM-6:00PM

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Answer incoming phone calls and handle all customer inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Accept payments in cash, debit/credit card, check and other forms of payment.
• Provide a pleasant and professional customer service experience.
• Assist in other operational duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Cash handling experience
• Ability to use computer and phones and other basic office equipment
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Multitasking abilities
