Job description
The primary function of the Shipping Clerk is to pick/pack customer orders in a safe and effective manner and in accordance with the procedure. Duties include: Prepare Shipments: - Utilizing MEDWMS scanners for pick/pack of customer orders as needed - Ensuring proper packaging and documentation for Hazardous materials - Monitoring all validated shipments and coordinate with Team Leads - Ensuring that PPE is maintained at all times according to procedure - Adhere to all cGMPs, practice safe work methods - Coordinating all shipping activities with the - Shipping Team Leads - Completing picking/packing processes with quality and accuracy to ensure order fulfillment Inventory: - Ensuring shipping stations are stocked properly for operations - Monitoring supply levels (cardboard, ice, bubbles, shippers, tape etc.) - Consolidating, ensuring all shipping areas are kept clean/neat - Collaborate with all other departments to ensure maximum efficiency
