Job description

· Associate degree in engineering, Quality Management, or a related field
· 1+ years’ proven experience as a Quality Technician or similar role in a manufacturing environment
· Proficient in using precision measurement tools and equipment
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
· Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
· Familiarity with quality standards and regulations
· Effective communication skills to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
· Ability to stand for the entire shift and walk around the warehouse
· Conduct inspections and tests on incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure adherence to quality standards
· Collaborate with engineering and production teams to identify and resolve quality issues promptly
· Use precision measurement tools and equipment to verify product dimensions and specifications
· Analyze data and generate reports to track and communicate quality performance metrics
· Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures and protocols
· Perform root cause analysis for non-conformities and work on continuous improvement initiatives
· Participate in the validation and qualification processes for new products or processes
· Provide technical support for quality-related inquiries and participate in customer audits
