Job description
Case Manager Assistant
Career Consulting Partners is partnered with a successful Personal Injury Law firm in the Glendale area in search of a Case Manager Assistant . You will play a crucial role in supporting our case management team. You will work closely with our experienced case managers to ensure the efficient handling of personal injury cases from inception to resolution. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience in the legal field while working with a dynamic and compassionate team.
Responsibilities Include:
- Familiar with reporting claims to Insurance Carriers, Health Insurance carriers, and obtaining statutory liens
- Able to obtain police reports, send out POE’s and process DMV requests
- Able to assist with resolving and facilitating property damage claims
- Able to request medical records and billing to help prepare cases for demand
- Able to calculate Howell meds and Loss of Earnings (training is provided)
- Organize electronic files according to internal procedure (training is provided)
Qualifications:
- Legal case management experience (preferred)
- Consistency in attendance and punctuality
- Strong computer skills with the ability to learn and use case management software
- Motivated self-starter who takes initiative to see tasks through to completion
- Familiarity with legal terminology and procedures
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively

- Compensation: $20.00-$30.00
