Emergency Veterinarian Wanted in DC

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a full-time emergency doctor in our busy Emergency and Critical Care Department that currently includes 3 DACVECCs, 3 doctors who are residency trained in E/CC, and 12 full-time emergency staff doctors. Are you ready to practice amazing medicine and build real relationships?
Our practice has a robust and interesting caseload typically consisting of 45-50 ER outpatients and 25-30 inpatients daily.

Position Requirements:
Emergency receiving; supervising intern doctors receiving
Minor surgical procedures, such as laceration and bite wound management
Caring for in-hospital patients in the ICU and Progressive Care Unit
Collaborating with specialists and general practitioners to ensure the best care for all patients
Communicating with clients
Mentoring rotating interns
Communicating with referring veterinarians
Training and mentoring support staff
Compensation is negotiable based on skills and experience. Relocation assistance available! $250,000 - $260,000 a year
