Job Title: Construction Project Manager
Location: Queens, NY
Salary: $100-150K (Base+Bonus)
Requirements: Construction Project Management, Building Envelopes, Facade Restorations, Roofing/Waterproofing, Historical/Landmark Preservation

What You Will Be Doing

- Oversee Construction Projects for Historic Building Restorations in NYC
- Provide Guidance and Training to JR PM's

What You Need for this Position

Strong Foundation of Experience with:
- Ability to commute to Queens on a daily basis
- Construction Project Management
- Building Facades / Building Envelopes
- Local Law 11 (LL11)
- Designs, Builds, and Inspections
