Job description
Our company is looking for a Part Time Administrative Assistant to assist in the handling of clerical tasks in our office. Duties include data entry, answering phones, sort mail, type documents, filing, etc.
Requirements:
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, good computer skills
• Knowledge of Accounting Software… Preferably Peach Tree or Quick Books
• Well organized with a strong attention to detail
• Excellent spelling and grammar
• Punctual and Dependable
• Good transportation
Approximately 20 - 24 hours a week; however, days and hours are flexible.
