Position: Senior Product Manager, S4 HANA (US/Remote)

Autodesk is seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to join our dynamic team in the Order Processing domain of Core Finance Engineering. This role offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product management, and system integrators, to shape and implement the product roadmap for our platform.

As a Senior Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the modernization and streamlining of our order capture platform. Your contributions will enable business model flexibility within a lean and agile environment, reflecting our commitment to continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define features and use cases within the Core Finance domain.
Create technical user stories, roadmaps, process flows, and detailed documentation to guide product development.
Translate product roadmap features into well-defined requirements, including features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Develop and maintain project roadmaps, fostering effective communication with business owners, onshore, and global engineering teams.
Utilize knowledge of software engineering disciplines, test-driven development, and development methodologies to drive product excellence.
Engage with various stakeholders, including analytics, design/user experience, engineering, and user enablement, to ensure alignment and success.
Demonstrate proficiency in Agile practices and frameworks, fostering a collaborative and adaptive work environment.
Exhibit strong frontline leadership and communication skills, both written and oral, to drive effective collaboration.
Document and manage defects from multiple sources, collaborating with teams across multiple geographies.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, engineering, business, or related field.
10+ years of relevant experience in roles such as Product Manager, Quality Analyst, or Project Manager for technical products.
Experience with Order Management, Billing, Subscription Management, and Sales Commissions.
Ability to articulate complex concepts simply and persuasively to diverse audiences.
Understanding of the business value of engineering decisions and their impact on product lifecycle.
Proficiency in agile software development methodologies, particularly SCRUM.
Experience with S4 HANA, Open Text, or BRIM technologies.
Previous experience in the software or high-tech industry.
Self-motivated, independent, and resourceful.

Salary Transparency:

Autodesk offers competitive compensation packages, including base salary, annual cash bonuses, stock grants, and commissions for sales roles. For U.S.-based roles, starting base salary ranges from $134,000 to $216,700, with offers based on candidate experience and geographic location.
