Job description

Ascension Global Staffing and Executive Search is partnering with our Am Law 200 client in search of a Litigation Attorney for their Sarasota, FL. office. Our client seeks a litigation associate with 2-4 years of experience. Prior experience in construction or real property litigation is preferred. The candidate should have excellent written and oral advocacy skills, as well as experience conducting and defending depositions and drafting discovery and dispositive motions. Florida law license required.

Additional color:

• Replacing a first year associate who is moving away
• In-office entirely; not open to remote
• Must have interest in construction litigation
• Other types of litigation work will be title insurance defense and general commercial litigation

Primary need is help with reviewing and editing contracts on behalf of subcontractors.
