Job description

Clean Eatz-Richmond is a healthy life-style café and meal prep business. We offer the BEST schedule in the food service industry. Restaurant hours are 11-7 Monday-Friday and 11-3 Saturday and Sunday so no early mornings, no late nights, and short hours on the weekend. We also offer a safe, clean and healthy environment (no fryers, no smokers) . And employees receive free healthy shift meals.

We are looking for customer-oriented service representatives to join our team. At Clean Eatz our front counter team members are genuinely excited to help our customers. Each team member is expected to take care of our customers and their needs in a positive manner. Team members are patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative. They love to talk and share our Lifestyle and brand. Customer service representatives can put themselves in their customers’ s shoes and guide and help them navigate their needs and questions.

COMPENSATION: $15-17+/hour.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greet customers entering and leaving the café
• Explain the Clean Eatz concept and develop relationships with customers
• Promote and sell the full line of Clean Eatz offerings (café, meal prep service, marketplace, catering)
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Accurately process all cash and credit payments
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Ensure displays are stocked and properly organized
• Assist in making smoothies, desserts, etc.

REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS

• Customer service, sales and/or cashier experience
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong attention to detail is a must
• The ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Knowledge of nutrition is a plus, but not required
