We’re looking for an experienced real estate agent to learn how to help play a key role in our brokerage. The ideal applicant has a knack for identifying sales opportunities, generating qualified leads, and funneling them to our buyers and listing agents. Responsibilities:
- Record quarterly and monthly sales cycle performance metrics to ensure the real estate team's sales goals and conversion rates are met
- Convert pre-qualified real estate leads into new clients
- Reach out to leads continuously until they have an appointment set with either a listing agent or buyer’s agent
- Turn previous clients into repeat real estate leads by continuously following up via phone calls and email
- Enter inbound leads and past clients’ current information into the customer database so all real estate agents and the sales team have the most up-to-date information

Qualifications:
- High school diploma required, Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Current U.S. driver’s license and capable of traveling by car
- Possesses superb interpersonal and communication skills
- One year of sales experience as a real estate inside sales agent, sales associate, or related position in business development or the real estate industry
- Applicants must have a real estate license
