Job description
US Environmental is a small family owned and operated company with 5 offices including our newest office in Elmhurst, IL. We specialize in renting and selling environmental equipment including water sampling, air and dust monitoring, gas detection, soil analysis and survey. We offer full health, dental, vision and a 401k for all full time employees. We are currently in search of a confident and motivated team player to work in
our Customer Service Department located in Elmhurst.
At US Environmental, our customer service team is what distinguishes us from the competition. We pride ourselves on being responsive and creative. CSR's must be friendly, diplomatic and organized. They are expected to work with our clients and other team members throughout our organization to ensure that orders are filled accurately and in a timely manner. A positive attitude and enthusiasm to learn about our equipment including applications and specifications is a must for all Customer Service Representatives.
