At our organization, you will be the driving force behind expanding your mortgage business by acquiring and retaining new clients while serving existing ones. Leverage your industry knowledge, communication skills, and sales acumen to build strong relationships with borrowers, clients, and Realtors, assisting them in securing home financing.

Qualifications:

A minimum of 2 years of proven success as a Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO).
Remote work options available, but candidates must reside in Massachusetts.

Responsibilities:

Actively solicit new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
Cultivate ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, and other relevant parties.
Ensure the collection of all necessary documents from customers.
Prospect and generate new business through leads and referral sources.
Stay current on industry market trends and best practices.

Requirements:

Possess an active Massachusetts MLO license through the NMLS.
A minimum of 2 years of demonstrated success as a Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO).
Provide W2 documentation for the previous 2 years of income.
Be a driven, motivated, and self-starting professional with a history of sales success.
Proven experience in managing the entire mortgage process, from application to closing, including qualification, credit checks, pricing, document collection, and client expectations management.

Salary: $ 100,000.00 190,000.00 Per Year
