Job description
Position Description:
ASR Analyst Develop and support the service bill of material (SBOM) for new model programs and assist product development with delivering all service parts. Including the following: Identify and map the required service parts for vehicles. Compare the SBOM to the engineering build of materials (EBOM) and works with Design and Release (D&R) to resolve discrepancies. Ensure that the SBOM is complete, and supports program milestone requirements. Create and distribute reports.
Skills Required:
Familiarity with the following systems: WERS, CMMS, TeamCenter & Part Control/PCII - Ability to read 2D Technical drawings & CAD data -In depth knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint & Access, Alteryx/Qlik View a plus -Must be detail oriented, a self-starter with an ability to multi-task and adhere to established deadlines - Excellent oral and written communication skills - Goal oriented individual with the ability to interpret data, evaluate actions, and reach logical conclusions
Experience Required:
Experience in PS&L Parts Analysis, Supply Chain, Dealership or Aftermarket Parts
Education Required:
Associates degree or higher preferred but not required
