Please Note: Candidates must have at least five (5) years of experience in individual tax returns, small business, S-CORP and C-CORP tax returns 

Position:  Tax Processing Specialist

Location:  Tulsa, OK

Pay: $21/hr

Experience:  Significant experience in tax preparation, with a strong understanding of individual and partnership tax laws (Required)

Type: Full-time; Contract

Schedule:  Monday to Friday, from 8:30 am - 5:00 pm

Job Description:  

• Prepare and process individual tax returns and partnership returns.
• Demonstrate expertise in tax principles.
• Handle various tax-related inquiries and issues.
• Engage in bookkeeping and payroll tasks during slower seasons.
• Utilize QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop for accounting tasks.
• Collaborate with team members to provide exceptional client service and support.

Position Requirements: 

• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop is essential.
• Knowledge of tax preparation
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Commitment to continuous learning and development.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
