Job Description:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, with minimum 12+ Years of relevant experience.
- Seeking a highly experienced Sr. SAP HCM Techno-Functional Consultant minimum of 5 years' experience. Must have expertise in System Design, Programming/Software Development, and various SAP HCM modules.
- Experienced in developing Reports using LDBs in HCM
- Good ABAP skills in Data Dictionary, Dialog programming, ALV reporting, BDCs, BAPIs, RFCs, BADI, User Exits, Open SQL, Performance tuning etc.
- Good understanding of payroll / Time data and experience in reading payroll/Time results from cluster tables
