This position is targeted to start March 2024

Job Summary:

The Processing Technician works with the Infusion team to perform all duties related to cannabis infusion and processing operations.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Monitor cannabis material during the processing phases
• Keeps logs (electronic and paper) for proper weighting, tracking, and reporting of all inventory.
• Inputs data and controls flow of production
• Cleans any/all production areas to ensure no cross-contamination occurs and ensures compliance with local and state health regulations
• Conducting visual inspections to ensure the product meets or exceeds quality standards.
• Following appropriate quality control measures and in-process checks
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Ability to utilize computer programs such as MS Office, METRC, and other systems
• Ability to perform basic math calculations for proper batch making
• Attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to perform under pressure and prioritize

Education and Experience:

• Must be 21 years old and over
• 1+ years of manufacturing experience with a focus on inventory tracking, as well as ensuring product safety, consumer safety and satisfaction, and high product quality
• Professional kitchen or baking experience - preferred

Physical Requirements:

• Include standing, walking, bending, and lifting to 50 pounds, carrying product totes, pushing carts, moving, and adjusting process equipment
